Dialer: start a calling session for a lead list.
Dashboard: view today's and this week's figures for your account and team.
Tasks: manage callback groups (Overdue, Today, and Later).
SMS: view incoming and outgoing SMS conversations.
Reports: view consolidated figures with period, user, and list filters.
Settings: configure the workspace, users, integrations, and billing.
The Dialer is the Ubic home page. Click the logo in the top-left corner to return to it from anywhere in the app.
The bell in the top-right corner shows unread notifications for incoming calls, missed calls, and received SMS messages. Click a notification to open the Notifications page with the relevant context and available actions.
The sidebar can collapse to icons to free up space. This setting is saved for each user and device.
On mobile, a menu button opens the sidebar over the page content.
Visible sections depend on your permissions. A member without admin access cannot see the configuration subsections.
