The cycle indicator explains that the lead is Frozen and managed by an automation. They are not deleted or abandoned; they are simply unavailable until the next phase.
Under Activity, you can find the journey name, current phase, expected return date, and recent actions performed by Ubic.
If the lead must be handled before the planned date, use the exit action from their record. They become callable again, and the history keeps the reason they entered the automation.
A lead may also exit automatically if their status changes or if they no longer belong to an affected list.
