An active Slack workspace.
A Slack bot app with permission to send messages.
A bot token in the `xoxb-...` format.
A target Slack channel where notifications will be posted.
In Slack, add at least the `chat:write` bot scope, install the app in the workspace, then copy the Bot User OAuth Token. Slack guide: create an app and get a bot token.
Open Settings > Integrations > Slack in Ubic.
Paste the bot token into Slack bot token.
Enter the target channel, for example `#sales-alerts`.
Click Save.
Click Configure to choose which events trigger notifications.

Notifications can be filtered by lead status. For example, you can notify the team only about qualified demos and exclude voicemail outcomes.
Each notification can include:
the note left by the user after the call
a direct link to the lead profile in Ubic
These options can be enabled separately.
The bot token is stored as provided. To revoke it, do so from the Slack app, then remove the integration in Ubic.
A busy channel can quickly become difficult to follow. Filter notifications to statuses that genuinely require action from the team.
