# Connect Humanlinker to Ubic

Import Humanlinker lists or campaigns into Ubic to call prospects whose phone number is already available.

## Connect your account or organization

A workspace administrator can connect Humanlinker under **Settings > Integrations > Humanlinker**.

1. Choose **User account** for sources accessible to your Humanlinker account, or **Entire organization** for sources belonging to organization users.

2. In Humanlinker integration settings, obtain the key for the selected mode. Available access depends on your Humanlinker account.

3. Paste the key into Ubic. For an organization, use \`organizationId:hlApiToken\` format.

4. Click **Connect**. Ubic checks the key before saving it.

One Humanlinker connection is active per workspace. Imported lists are available to authorized members of that Ubic workspace, including in user mode. Quotas depend on your Humanlinker account.

To change accounts or modes, disconnect and reconnect Humanlinker. Select the source again for affected lists and reconfigure the stop rule. Previously imported prospects are retained. After changing the key, check the sources and save the automation again.

## Create a calling list

1. In Ubic, create a list using the **Humanlinker** source.

2. Select a prospect list or campaign. The Humanlinker owner’s name distinguishes team sources.

3. Check the field mapping and select the phone field.

4. To view a DISC profile or Humanlinker link during calls, map it to a custom field shown in prospect details or during calls.

5. Name the list and start the import.

Only prospects with an existing available number are imported. Ubic does not request paid enrichment. Imports run in small batches; Humanlinker quotas can extend processing, including until the next day when the daily quota is exhausted.

A profile already present in another list in the same workspace is not automatically duplicated. Select the source campaign you want to call.

## Stop a sequence after a qualification

An administrator can configure sequence stops. Under **Automations**, open or create an automation. In **Add a step**, choose **Stop the Humanlinker sequence**. Select the prospect qualifications that should trigger a stop and the lists imported from campaigns belonging to the connected Humanlinker account, then click **Save**.

The action can run on its own: disable **Follow up with the prospect** if you only want to stop the sequence. If you keep follow-ups, their delays and end-of-cycle settings remain independent of the immediate stop.

No stop is enabled by default. A new qualification among the selected ones requests a stop in the source campaign only; the prospect’s other campaigns are unaffected. A completed or unanswered call alone is not enough. Existing qualifications are not replayed when enabling the action.

Humanlinker prospect lists without a campaign, CSV lists and sources from another account are incompatible. A connection that must be restored blocks the action. After switching accounts or modes, check the sources and save the automation again. Reconnecting does not replay blocked operations.

The prospect’s activity shows states including **Humanlinker sequence stop requested**, **Humanlinker sequence stop confirmed**, **Humanlinker stop awaiting another attempt**, **Humanlinker sequence stop skipped: context changed**, **Humanlinker sequence stop not confirmed** and **Humanlinker stop blocked: reconnect the account**. A queued request does not mean Humanlinker has already stopped the sequence; a message already sent or already being processed by Humanlinker may still go out.

## Limits and connection issues

Calls, notes and recordings are not sent to Humanlinker. Moving prospects to another campaign and creating callbacks from email or LinkedIn replies are not included.

Reloading adds and updates available prospects. It does not automatically remove prospects deleted from Humanlinker or synchronize unsubscribes. Check exclusions before starting another calling session.

To configure other steps, see [how automations work](https://support.getubic.com/en/articles/45-understand-ubic-automations.md).

If the connection fails, reconnect Humanlinker with the matching mode in settings. After a failed import, check Humanlinker permissions and quotas before reloading the list. Previously imported prospects are retained.
