You must be a Ubic workspace admin. The Salesforce account used for the connection must have API access and permission to view and update the Lead, Contact, and Task objects, as well as every field your team wants to synchronize.
Choose Production for your main organization or Sandbox for a test environment.
Open Settings > Integrations > Salesforce.
Select Production or Sandbox.
Click Connect Salesforce.
Sign in to Salesforce and approve the requested permissions.
Back in Ubic, check that the integration is shown as active.
You can then create a list from the dialer:
Click Create a list, then choose Import from Salesforce.
Select a view from the Lead or Contact object.
Check the mapping, especially the phone field and the field that will receive the prospect status.
Finish creating the list.
Ubic imports only records with a usable phone number. Changes to names, contact details, prospect status, and mapped fields are sent back to Salesforce. Notes and call information are added as completed tasks on the corresponding Salesforce record. Under Configure, you can select the other CRM activities to publish.
Changes made directly in Salesforce appear in Ubic after the list is reloaded, not immediately.
If Salesforce rejects the connection, check the selected environment, the account’s API access, and the permissions of the Salesforce app configured for Ubic.
If a view is missing, check that it uses Lead or Contact, is compatible with Salesforce queries, and is visible to the connected account.
If a record is missing after import, check the phone field selected during mapping.
If a status or field is not sent back, check the mapping and the values allowed by the Salesforce field.
Disconnecting Salesforce stops future imports and updates. Prospects that were already imported remain available in Ubic.
