Current period: the dates covered by the current payment.
Billing frequency: monthly, quarterly, or annual.
Calling seats: the number of equipped sales reps, with one number included per seat.
Extra numbers: numbers purchased in addition to the seats.
Status: active, paused, cancelled, or pending cancellation.
The subscription renews automatically with the same frequency and quantities. A scheduled cancellation shows the date when access will end.
Click Manage my subscription to open Hyperline. It shows the next amount due, prorated adjustments, and PDF invoices.
A failed payment may suspend access until it is resolved.
