# Connect Apollo

As an administrator, connect Apollo to use your saved contact lists as calling lists in Ubic.

## Authorize your Apollo account

In **Settings > Integrations > Apollo**, click **Connect Apollo** when that button is available. Authorize the company account your team uses in Apollo, then return to Ubic. An authorized Apollo user must grant the required permissions.

If you already use an API key, **Switch to OAuth** lets you deliberately replace that connection. Authorize the same Apollo company: Ubic checks that it matches before changing the connection. Your lists and settings stay in place if you cancel or the check fails.

## API key connection

If you use the API connection, enter a key with access to read lists, contacts, custom fields and contact stages, then click **Connect**. Update permissions are needed to send qualifications and field values back to Apollo.

An existing connection is not automatically replaced when Ubic is updated.

## Use lists and qualifications

Your contact lists saved in Apollo are available when you create an Ubic list. Map the fields, especially the phone number, then choose the Apollo stage used for qualification tracking. Supported custom fields can also be mapped.

This connection does not search Apollo’s prospecting database for new profiles. It does not send call notes or call activities to Apollo.

A list exceeding Apollo’s API limit of 50,000 contacts must be narrowed before importing; Ubic does not perform a partial synchronization.

## Reconnect or remove access

If Apollo requires a new authorization, click **Reconnect Apollo** and use the same company account. Removing the connection keeps your prospects and settings in Ubic but stops future imports and updates. You can also remove Ubic’s authorization from Apollo integrations.
