# Remove a member's assistant connection

As an admin, disconnect an assistant authorized by a member of your workspace.

## Before you start

You must be an admin of the relevant workspace. **Connected AI assistants** lets you remove an existing connection; it does not block every member from granting future authorizations.

## Disconnect the connection

1. In Ubic, select the relevant workspace.

2. Open your profile, then **Integrations > AI assistants > Manage assistants**, or [open the assistants page directly](https://app.getubic.com/settings/assistant-connections).

3. Under **Other members' connections**, find the member's email address and the assistant's name.

4. Click **Disconnect** on that row.

5. Confirm with **Disconnect** in the dialog.

The assistant immediately loses access to this workspace through that connection. Ubic data stays in place. Ubic does not delete answers already stored by the assistant provider.

The member can authorize a new connection later. If your organization prohibits certain assistants, also apply its application management policies in the provider's service.

## Troubleshooting

**Other members' connections** appears only for an admin and when another member has a connection in this workspace. If it is missing, check the selected workspace and confirm your role with another admin.
