The source CRM must be connected under Settings > Integrations: HubSpot, Pipedrive, noCRM, Close, NetHunt, Attio, BoondManager, Airtable, Salesloft, Lemlist, or User.com.
The list or filter must already exist in the CRM. Ubic does not create new CRM views.
Open Create a new list.
Select the connected CRM as the source.
Select the CRM list or filter to import.
Review the field mapping and confirm the Phone field.
If the integration supports it, select the CRM field Ubic should update when a lead is qualified after a call.
Click Create list.
The list is created immediately, then the import starts in the background. The dialer shows the synchronization in progress, and leads appear as soon as it finishes.

Leads are imported with their standard fields (name, company, email, and phone) and any custom fields detected in the CRM.
Depending on the integration, lead status, notes, and call activities can be pushed back to the CRM. See the article for each integration for details.
CRM statuses are imported with the created list. Under Settings > Calls, you can rename the labels shown to agents in Ubic without changing the value sent to the CRM.
For BoondManager, Ubic imports and reloads contacts from a saved search. Statuses, notes, and call activities are not pushed to BoondManager.
CRM lists cannot be exported as CSV files from Ubic because they remain managed by the CRM.
The Reload action also starts synchronization in the background. You do not need to keep the menu open while it runs.
You cannot change a list's source. To use a different source, create a new list from the correct source and archive the old one.
For User.com, the status can be synchronized to either an attribute or tags selected when importing the list.
For Airtable, the source can be a full table or a view. The status is synchronized to a Single select field selected during import.
After creating the list, an admin can also add it to an automation. For example, a progressive cooldown can automatically return certain leads to the list after a delay.
