The file must use the `.csv` format. We recommend including a header row with column names so Ubic can detect the mapping automatically.
A phone number is required. At least one column must be mapped to the Phone field to complete the import.
Open Create a new list.
Select CSV file as the source.
Select the file from your computer.
Review the preview of the detected columns.
Continue to the mapping step and connect each column to an Ubic field.
Ubic keeps the import in the session until you confirm the mapping. Leaving the page before completing this step does not save the list.
The column delimiter is detected automatically. If the preview does not look right, check the file encoding (UTF-8 recommended) and make sure it includes a header row.
A list imported from a CSV file can be exported later with the qualifications added in Ubic.
